3 steps to healthy skin

Healthy, soft skin can be achieved with a robust skincare routine. If you or your little one already has dry skin then you can get rid of it, but you have to understand that results depend on how dedicated you are to keeping to routine and the steps provided below.

I have suffered with dry skin and over the years I have developed what I believe to be the right formula for delicate skin and how to keep it looking and feeling healthy.

The key is to use products that are natural and do not contain any harsh chemicals like Sodium Lauryl Sulphate, parabens preservative, petrochemicals, PEG’s synthetic colours and fragrance. These nasty chemicals do not add any benefits to the skin, they are used because they are cheap ingredients that make the product feel, look and smell in a certain way. They are used more for cosmetic reasons than for the benefits of your skin.

what to do

 

wash

Wash with a natural, gentle body wash. Dry thoroughly, especially in between folds of the skin, behind the knees, in between elbows, tops of the legs, under armpits and behind the ears.

 

moisturise

Moisturise body all over with a gentle body lotion

 

massage

Massage with a natural oil dry areas of the skin and leave overnight.

Do the above everyday for effective and visible results. Skin after 2 weeks will appear smoother and conditioned.

It’s a simple process, but only works if you stick to the routine.
