If in the unlikely event you need to return your miamoo products then we will happily refund your payment. Refunds will be made in full and only to the original purchasing card. Please allow 7 days for the funds to clear in your account.

You must notify miamoo of your returns either via e-mail or telephone within 7 days from receipt of the products. All products must be returned within 14 days of receipt in original packaging. We are sorry to say that we will be unable to refund your post and packaging costs.
